This is the perfect opportunity to dig into a new project, new ideas, or new goals you have for the New Year, with support from your fellow community members and guidance from the expert leaders at Collectus. Join Pod as an individual artist or as part of a company and find joy in a safe creative space that will provide accountability, feedback, and support on your new journey.

What Is Pod?
Collectus ITF Pod: a 5-week think-tank, project manager, and artist therapy exclusively for Indie Theater Fund members. Go solo, not alone.
Pod is your People – a dedicated, deep-dive group of creatives, each with a project, goal, or personal shift they are ready to make real movement on. Together we foster creativity, create accountability, provide support, offer feedback, and do the dirty work of moving into process – so you don’t have to carry it all yourself.
What Happens In Pod?
We draft. We share. We discuss. We give feedback. We support challenges. Pod is entirely action-based, meaning the whole group is always working, sharing, discussing, and engaged. So you can make more art, more freely.
Who Is Pod For?

- There are 10 spots available for this Pod and they are being offered on a first come, first serve basis
- If there is an overwhelming interest for participation, we will move to a lottery selection process
- This program is perfect for individual artists or 2-3 members of a company or venue leadership team
What Is The Commitment Like?
- Pod is a 5 week program that meets virtual every week
- Group sessions will be held on Mondays*
- Group Session Dates: February 7, 13*, 21, 28 & March 7 from 6-7:30pm EST
How Much Does Pod Cost?
These 5-week pod programs are valued at $300 per person. Collectus and ITF have worked together to subside part of this cost and make this an accessible and affordable opportunity for our members.
Collectus is offering this Pod at a discounted rate of $150/person. ITF/IS will be subsiding $100 of this cost, per person, and asking each participant to contribute $50 toward their participation. $50 = $10 a week. We do not want the $50 contribution to be a barrier to entry and ITF/IS will offer full coverage of the program cost to any participant who needs it.
How Do I Sign Up?
Registration for Pod is first come, first serve. To register, please complete the simple registration form linked below. This should take less than 3 minutes! Registration closes on January 26.
